nNovant Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing primary care team on Hilton Head Island, SC.
nThis is an opportunity to build a long-term outpatient practice in one of South Carolina’s most desirable coastal communities while joining a collaborative and expanding physician network.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnnProvide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
n
nnDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
n
nnFocus on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships
n
nnCoordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
n
nnBuild and maintain a strong patient panel within the Hilton Head community
n
nnPartner with clinical and operational leadership to support continued practice growth
n
nnContribute to quality, patient experience, and population health initiatives
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
n
nnBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
n
nnEligible for or currently holding an active South Carolina medical license
n
nnCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
n
nnStrong communication and relationship-building skills
n
nnCollaborative approach to working with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and leadership
n
nnInterest in establishing a long-term practice within the Hilton Head community
