With a growing patient demand, excellent patient care, and providers' quality of work/life balance taking center stage, Dignity Health Medical Group‑Sierra Nevada (Grass Valley, CA) seeks Primary Care providers (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to the group who are open to the following:
Offering excellent IM or FM care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing those who are medically complex
Utilizing a strong referral base with easy access to specialists
Partnering with highly trained, competent and caring support staff
Working in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rule the days
Providing services in a community where healthcare providers are appreciated every day for their heroic work

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Details
Salary Guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
Uncapped Productivity Incentive
Up to $20,000 Relocation Incentive
Up to $15,000/year Quality Incentive
PLUS Signing Incentive of either:
up to $125,000 Sign‑On Bonus OR
up to $85,000 Sign‑On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
Group‑paid medical and dental insurance option (including group contribution to HSA account) or “buy‑up” plans available
8 weeks time off per year
Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%
Additional retirement contribution of up to 3‑8% of salary (based on age range)
CME Reimbursement, paid Malpractice, and reimbursement for licensure renewal fees
Job Requirements
A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program
