Role Description This is a fast-paced retail and print environment serving 100+ customers weekly. Successful applicants enjoy working with people, handling multiple projects simultaneously, operating computers, and learning print production equipment. The Print - Ship Customer Service Associate is an on-site role based in Youngstown, OH. This position involves assisting customers with print, pack, and ship requests, including receiving orders, explaining service options, and ensuring accurate completion. Day-to-day tasks include operating printing and finishing equipment (we'll teach you), preparing items for shipment, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The associate communicates clearly with customers, addresses questions or concerns, and collaborates with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines. This role also requires following company procedures, handling sensitive customer information responsibly, and supporting other store operations as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess accurate keyboard typing skills. Accuracy is more important than speed.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear information, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common office equipment (fax, copier)
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages, and tasks that require manual handling
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in retail, print shops, or shipping services is beneficial but not required.
