Job description
BCG Attorney Search in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Private Equity Associate to support M&A transactions for strategic buyers and sellers and private equity firms in a dynamic market.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of PE or high-profile M&A experience at a leading AmLaw 100 firm, a JD from an accredited law school, and admission to the California bar. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
