The firm focuses on control investments in software, SaaS, and technology-enabled businesses, partnering with management teams to drive growth and operational improvement.The Senior Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
