Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN)
Location: Winning Wheels - Prophetstown, IL

Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) for a PRN position at our skilled nursing facility, Winning Wheels, located in Prophetstown, Illinois.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected to graduate within the next six months)
Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (as required)
