Job description
Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group with a strong background in complex product liability and asbestos-related cases. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered.
You will independently advise clients, oversee external counsel, draft critical documents, and drive case strategy while coordinating discovery and settlements. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, active Bar admission, and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
