We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), a key capability supporting personalized client engagement across Personal Financial Services. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap and partner with stakeholders across marketing, technology, data, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that improve participant experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about product management, thrives in complex environments, and enjoys translating strategic objectives into technology capabilities that create measurable value.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within Participant Financial Success.
2. Prioritize and deliver platform capabilities that support personalization, audience activation, and journey orchestration.
3. Partner across Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define product direction and investment priorities.
4. Lead platform governance and establish scalable operating models, standards, and best practices.
5. Define product success measures and monitor platform adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
6. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities.
7. Evaluate emerging customer engagement and AI-enabled capabilities to drive continuous innovation and client value.
8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
* 5+ years of product management, platform management, marketing technology, digital experience, or related experience.
* Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities for digital products or platforms.
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology organizations.
* Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
* Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar customer engagement platforms.
