Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift Options: First, 5:45 AM-2 PM | Second, 1:45 PM-10 PM | Third, 9:45 PM-6 AM | Monday-Friday

As a Production Assembler in Martinsburg, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
Previous manufacturing, packaging, production, chemical, food processing, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work safely around packaging equipment, forklifts, and chemical products.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
Hazardous material safety training is a plus.
Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear.

Job Duties:
Assemble packaging components, including boxes and containers for finished products.
Support packaging line operations by loading materials, replenishing supplies, and maintaining production flow.
Package and prepare products according to quality and production standards.
Operate packaging equipment safely and report equipment or maintenance issues.
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform additional production and packaging tasks as assigned.
