This is a hands?on role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:Operating and loading production machinesPerforming assembly and secondary operations such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishingInspecting products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are metPackaging, labeling, and preparing materials per work order instructionsCompleting inspection records and production documentationMaintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S standardsSupporting safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systemsCollaborating with your team on process improvements and updated work instructionsPerforming additional duties as assigned to support production goalsWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal work instructionsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Comfortable reading measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and scalesClear verbal and written communication skillsDependable, safety?minded, and team?orientedEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experienceForklift experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis role is active and hands?on.
