Production Associate – SoldererIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.POSITION: Production Associate – SoldererREPORTS TO: Cell Team LeaderAREA: ProductionQUALIFICATIONS:High school education or equivalentAbility to read and understand assembly documentationHand and dexterity and hand/eye coordinationVerbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of related tools and equipmentWorks well in team environmentIPC-A-610 certificationIPC-J-STD-001 Certified in soldering for both Through-hole and SMTDUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:Assemble and inspect electrical panels/circuit boards/assemblies per related documentation and drawingsTrim and form leaded partsUse a soldering iron to build basic electrical assemblies per the related documentationProperly fill out production documentationCommunicate with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problemsFinal assembly and/or pack and ship as requiredRotate to different workstations and different cells as neededAs required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysisComponent preparation, placement, and installationMechanical assembly as requiredParticipate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularlyPerform hand soldering, inspection, and touch-up of thru-hole /SMT, mixed assemblies and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standardsPerform rework of thru-hole /SMT, mixed assemblies and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standardsIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Creation Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
