Job description
Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in the United States to own end-to-end production execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and drive improvements that impact quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will oversee daily operations, set priorities, monitor KPIs, address deviations, and collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and deliver measurable throughput gains.
