Kalmbach Feeds Production ManagerKalmbach Feeds Production Manager is a highly responsible position with a primary emphasis on on-time shipments, safety and quality. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with maintenance, process improvements, capital projects and other production related activities in conjunction with the Complex Manager. As unique situations present themselves, the selected candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, team member goodwill and public image.Primary Responsibilities:You are responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient production of the manufacturing operationYou develop and ensure compliance with standard operating proceduresYou monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standardsYou provide leadership and training to all staff to accomplish company goals and objectivesYou manage the performance of all direct reports and take appropriate steps to ensure team engagementThe Right Candidate:Possess a minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Management - Bachelors in related field, preferredDemonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving ability with high attention to detailAcquire high energy level and drive required to proactively execute on production management responsibilities without constant supervisionExhibit excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilityProficient in all Windows based programs and familiar with ERP and MES SystemsHappy to commute to our feed manufacturing facility located in Upper Sandusky, OHAbout the Team:At Kalmbach Feeds, our Production team is the heart and soul of our company; helping us deliver extraordinary products to our customers.
