Job description
Leoforce is seeking a Production Manager in Newport News (VA) to lead daily production activities across processing, filling, and packaging. You will drive schedules to meet customer demand while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to maximize plant performance.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in food or beverage manufacturing, strong knowledge of food safety systems, and experience with SAP or similar ERP software.
