Your day may include:Operating and monitoring production equipmentInspecting components to ensure they meet quality standardsFollowing detailed work instructions and safety proceduresRecording production and quality information accuratelyMaintaining a clean and organized work areaWorking as part of a team to meet production goalsLearning multiple processes and equipment through hands-on trainingSupporting continuous improvement and problem-solving effortsThis is a permanent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term future in manufacturing. Shift: 12-Hour Nights from 5:45PM - 6AM EST Schedule: 2-2-3-2 rotation Training: Approximately 12 weeks of paid training will be provided.At West, the work you do has a purpose.
