Job description
Production OperatorLocation: Marion, INPay: $21/hrShift: 1st- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (2/2/3 schedule)2nd- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (2/2/3 schedule)Key ResponsibilitiesOperate furnaces, mixers, tanks, and filtration equipment.Monitor production processes and product quality.Remove impurities using screening and filtration systems.Perform machine operation, inspection, and packaging tasks.Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work closely with team members to meet production goals.Document and report production issues as needed.Required QualificationsManufacturing or production experience preferred.Strong reliability and stable work history.Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.Experience with machine operation, inspection, or packaging.Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsChemical manufacturing experience.Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.GMP experience.Experience working in a production environment.Ability to adapt to changing processes and schedules.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IN 46953.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
