As we continue to grow across North America, we're creating opportunities for strong leaders who want to grow with us.The OpportunityAs a Production Supervisor, you'll lead approximately 15 hourly associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of your shift's performance.This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role. We're looking for supervisors who are visible in the operation, understand what is happening on the production lines, coach and develop employees, solve problems quickly, and hold teams accountable for results.Schedule8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Rotating Schedule: 3 Nights On / 4 Nights OffCandidates must be comfortable working a permanent overnight schedule.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop approximately 15 hourly production associatesDrive daily production to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goalsBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performanceMaintain a strong presence on the production floorChampion food safety, product quality, GMPs, and workplace safetyIdentify and resolve production issues quicklyReduce waste and improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performancePartner with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtimeUse production data and performance metrics to drive improvementSupport continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, HR, and other plant teamsSupport staffing, scheduling, audits, and other plant prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired5+ years of manufacturing experience3+ years of production supervisory or people-leadership experienceProven experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing environmentStrong coaching, communication, and accountability skillsAbility to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced production operationStrong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvementProficiency with Microsoft OfficeHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to work the required overnight scheduleHighly PreferredSupervisory experience in industrial bakery manufacturingExperience in bread, pastry, laminated dough, frozen bakery, or other commercial baking operationsExperience with automated or high-speed production linesLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceWorking knowledge of SAPStrong supervisors from related food manufacturing disciplines including frozen foods, prepared foods, dairy, beverage, confectionery, ingredients, and other high-volume food-processing environments will also be considered.Compensation & Benefits$70,000 Base Salary + 5% Target Incentive BonusBridor offers a strong benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits beginning on your first day of employmentLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Vacation and Sick Time11 Paid Holidays401(k) with 6% Company MatchTraining and professional developmentCareer-growth opportunities within BridorReady for Your Next Step?We're looking for leaders who want to do more than manage a shift.
