Production SupervisorProduction Supervisors Needed - Coatesville, PAPay Range $24-$30/hr DOE Temp to Hire, Full Time, 1st shiftReady to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for experienced Production Supervisors to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, develop employees, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety for one of the largest pallet manufacturers in the country! If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team and keep production moving, we want to hear from you! What You'll DoLead and supervise production employees across assigned departments and shiftsCoach, train, and develop employees to improve performanceMonitor production goals, efficiency, quality, inventory, and department costsIdentify and resolve production issues quickly and effectivelyHold employees accountable while creating a positive, productive work environmentLead safety and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and safety proceduresWork closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running smoothlyAssist with material movement and forklift operation when neededMaintain production records and complete required reportsWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of manufacturing experience1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience coaching, training, and evaluating employeesSolid understanding of manufacturing safety practices, including LOTOKnowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, TPM, and preventative maintenanceComfortable working around manufacturing machinery and equipmentStrong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlinesAbility to successfully complete forklift certificationPost-high school education requiredWhy This Opportunity?
