Production Supervisor - Lead Night Shift Manufacturing OperationsAre you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next opportunity? Apply today!Typical Daily Duties:• Oversee all night shift production activities and ensure production goals are met • Lead, train, coach, and support production employees while promoting a strong safety culture • Schedule personnel, complete weekly payroll submissions, and monitor employee performance • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping expectations • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction • Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges and improve processesWhat We're Looking For:• Prior manufacturing experience required • Supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting • Experience with employee scheduling and payroll administration • Knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety standards • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees • Availability to work night shift and flexible hours as needed
