Job description

Production WelderWe are hiring welders to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will weld, assemble, and inspect metal parts while following production and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on metal parts and componentsRead blueprints and work instructionsAssemble and fit metal componentsUse grinders, cutting tools, and measuring toolsInspect finished welds for qualityMaintain a clean and safe work areaMeet daily production goalsFollow all safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious MIG welding experienceAbility to read blueprints and drawingsExperience using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred QualificationsTIG or Stick welding experienceFabrication or production welding backgroundWelding certification or related trainingWhy Join Us?Full-time, long-term opportunityCompetitive pay and overtime availableSupportive team environmentBenefits package availableOpportunities for training and growthWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with welding equipment and machinery. Multiple shifts may be available based on production needs.Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Chatfield, MN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
