Job Description
Adams Thermal Systems is seeking experienced Steel Welders to perform welding and assembly work on components used in cooling systems.
Responsibilities include:
Operate production welding stations and perform product assembly
Troubleshoot and maintain welding equipment
Complete equipment setups and changeovers
Inspect welds/products and make adjustments to meet specifications
Complete production logs and basic preventative maintenance
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist maintenance and manufacturing teams as needed Career
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of production welding experience
Demonstrated MIG and/or TIG welding skills
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a manufacturing environment
