JOB LOCATION

Hybrid Position | Onsite Location: DHIP Administrative Offices RTP - 4825 Creekstone Dr

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking ahighly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialist to support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians by coordinating processes, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting healthcare teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and facilitate iForms requests for position creation

Support creation and tracking of requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors

Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets by collecting required documentation and submitting materials PRMO

Maintain and update onboarding checklists within internal systems (DMR)

Manage updates and content on the team SharePoint site

Coordinate distribution and tracking of new clinician surveys

Oversee team procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes

Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions

Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed

Required Qualifications

Work requires analytical, communications, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree, OR

Two years of postsecondary education with three years of experience in program administration, access/scheduling operations, or related roles.

OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Onboarding, Offboarding or program management experience/exposure

Knowledge of DHIP and/or familiarity with Duke Medicine entities

Basic Medical terminology knowledge

Concur experience

Sharepoint website experience

Event planning experience

JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
