Job description
Program Support SpecialistThe Program Support Specialist is the primary/front office point of contact as well as the travel/virtual workshop coordinator for the office. The Program Support Specialist greets and responds to in-person, phone and email inquiries directed to the Center for Professional Excellence (CPE) as well as assists students, faculty, staff and visitors. This position also manages incoming and out-going correspondence and assists the Office of Academic Affairs with coordination of meeting space. Work is performed using a high degree of flexibility and operating in a fast paced, high volume office. The incumbent may be required to perform job-related tasks not specifically delineated in this description.NOTE: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas. This position is grant funded and continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding.The proposed salary for this position is $45,000.00 annually.
