Job description
Our client is a respected high-end residential builder known for exceptional custom homes across Westchester and the surrounding areas. They’re looking for an ambitious, early-career Project Executive. This could be a Senior PM ready to step up, or a newer PX looking to grow with a firm that invests in its people.
What you’ll do
Oversee multiple luxury custom home and estate renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
Act as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects and designers
Lead and mentor PMs and Superintendents to deliver on schedule, budget and quality
Manage budgets, contracts, change orders and project financials
Help shape the firm’s processes and growth
What you bring
7+ years in high-end residential construction, including time as a Senior PM or PX
A track record on multimillion-dollar custom homes or major renovations
Polished communication skills and confidence with demanding clients
Strong financial and contract management skills
A hunger to grow into a senior leadership role
