Program Manager / Sr. Project ManagerThe Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for developing, driving, and performing an evaluation of project management software, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is collaborative, good communicator, passionate about Customer Success, proficient in leading projects from ideation to completion, and proficient in building out new processes and procedures that result to operational efficiencies. Experience in RFP, RFI creation, process, and execution. Vendor evaluation process. You will have the ability to combine project management acumen and analytical skills to deliver value-add results to the business. Cross-functionally with groups like IT, Delivery, Operations, Product Management, Support and Finance.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead project scoping and working sessions with relevant SMEs and stakeholders.Lead evaluation, planning, negotiating, and executing an Enterprise Project Management and collaboration tool.Will be responsible for leading and managing the tool selection and implementation.Create action plans, manage progress tracking, and identify task owners.Bring major gaps, risks to leadership for discussion, decision, closure.Prepare comprehensive project plans to ensure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline, and varied project objectives.Lead multiple project initiatives in parallel timelines.Collaborate cross-functionally with different areas of the business including manufacturing, purchasing, finance, customer service, and sales.Ensure efficient project control tools (cost, schedule, risk) are in place and take corrective actions when necessary. Recommend decisions for the steering committee.Develop method of change management inclusive of ownership of documentation library, process training and communication plans etc.Skills and Attributes Requirements:Experience with Project Management & Collaboration tool selection process will be highly desirableExperience in RFP, RFI creation, process, and execution.Vendor evaluation processProblem solving, complex, and decentralized team management.Oral and written communication with internal and external contacts.Project Control and reporting.Experience with Program/Project Management principles and concepts (WBS, PWS, IMS, RACI, Risk Management)Capacity to develop recommendations based on robust and quantitative evaluation of different alternates.Develop project plan on basis of business requirements, arrangement of project team, project metrics design, KPIs and reporting.Execution strategy definition and risk analysis.Establish KPIs and corrective action plans as appropriate.Education/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information technology or related fieldMinimum 10 years' experience in Project management
