In this role, you will lead advisor onboarding initiatives and oversee technology enhancements within a dynamic financial services environment. Your responsibilities will include managing project execution using Jira, driving integration activities for Mergers & Acquisitions, and collaborating with internal teams for successful project delivery. Required Skills :Five or more years of project management experience in Technology
Experience in broker dealer/financial services or other heavily regulated industries
Strong organizational skills in planning, implementation, and reporting projects
Proficiency in managing the full project lifecycle and project budgets
Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and stakeholders
Ability to identify and manage risks effectively
Knowledge of software tools such as Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet
Nice to Have Skills :Business and IT strategy expertise
Previous experience in delivering large-scale technology projects, including infrastructure projects
Other Requirements :Strong leadership capability
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Willingness to engage staff, peers, and stakeholders in project delivery
Flexibility to manage multi-faceted projects and project budgets
