Commercial Plumbing Project ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH.Responsibilities:Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendorsManage all job impacts, RFI's, Change Orders.Attend all job PM meetings. Review plans/specs and ensure code complianceTrack costs, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.Qualifications:Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple projectsBonus: Commercial plumbing experience$60,000 - $80,000 a year
