About Pivot Roofing
Pivot Roofing is a growing residential roofing company serving the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area. We take pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and a premium customer experience. We’re looking for an organized, dependable Project Manager to help us deliver that on every job.
The Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll oversee roofing projects from the day a contract is signed to final completion. You’ll keep jobs on schedule, make sure materials are where they need to be, and keep homeowners informed along the way.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple residential roofing projects from start to finish
Schedule crews and coordinate material deliveries
Pick up materials and supplies as needed
Conduct job site visits and make sure work meets our quality standards
Communicate with homeowners about schedules, progress, and any changes
Coordinate with sales and office staff to keep every project on track
Handle final walkthroughs and make sure punch-list items are completed
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication with customers and crews
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a busy schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift and load materials
Prior roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
Compensation
Base pay (depending on experience)
Commission on completed projects
Fuel reimbursement
