Job description
VA Salem Health Care System in Salem, Virginia seeks a Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality patient care in a recovery-oriented, evidence-based setting. The incumbent reports to the Chief of Mental Health and works with a degree of independence within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care with pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic treatments, supervision of residents, and ensuring clinical documentation meets VA standards.
