PT On-call Facilities/Shipping and Receiving SpecialistWe are seeking a PT On-call Facilities/Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in the Glendale, CA general area and to support West Los Angeles location! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, customer service, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.Hourly Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!You can check out istmanagement.com for more info on us!ResponsibilitiesThe PT On-call Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages.Shipping and Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packagesCustomer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentMail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established proceduresHospitality - Conference room setups and furniture configurationsFacilities - Respond to requests and reportingAdhere to all safety proceduresTake direction from the site manager and the assistant site managerParticipate in cross-trainingPerform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needsQualificationsIdeal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service.Valid Driver's License requiredPrior facilities, mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plusHigh school diploma or GEDProfessional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skillsKeyboarding and Windows environment PC skillsAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectivelyAbility to meet employer's attendance policyAbility to lift up to 55lbsIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
