We are proud of our product and our team, and we're looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join us in Madisonville, LA!What You'll DoAs a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be a key part of our quality team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.• Conduct on-site tests, such as pH, temperature, and texture, to verify quality during various production stages.• Maintain accurate, detailed records of quality checks, test results, and any deviations from standards• Maintain clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.• Ensure that the workspace is always clean and meets GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards.• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to smooth, efficient production.What You Bring• Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.• Basic math and reading skills.• Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.• Must pass a drug screen.Our BenefitsWe offer a supportive environment and an excellent benefits package, including:• 401(k) with employer match• Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance• Temperature Controlled Environment• 12 Paid Holidays• Paid Time Off• Flexible Hours• Free Lunch Daily• Annual Performance Pay Increase• Birthday and Anniversary Recognition
