Job description
Alsym Energy is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Team Lead to build and lead the QA/QC function as we scale from pilot to high-volume Na-ion battery manufacturing. You will design and implement the QMS, own product and process quality, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven improvements across the site in Massachusetts.
