Job description
RTX in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Quality Cell Leader for the Hot Section Module Center North (HSMC-N). You will lead a team of about 40 inspectors, setting priorities, coaching, and delivering sustained improvements in safety, quality, and production output.
The role reports to the Business Unit Leader and involves multi-shift supervision, training, and project coordination. Ideal candidates have a strong background in QA within manufacturing, familiarity with AS9100, and proven leadership
