Receptionist – Farmers Insurance AgencyWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Farmers Insurance team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide a warm, professional first impressionAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with their questionsSchedule appointments and manage the office calendarAssist the insurance team with administrative and customer-service tasksHandle emails, paperwork, filing, and general office dutiesCommunicate professionally with customers and insurance carriersHelp maintain an organized, welcoming front officeQualificationsExcellent customer-service and communication skillsFriendly, positive, and professional personalityBilingual communication skills preferredPrevious insurance agency experience is a major plusFarmers Insurance agency experience is especially valuedStrong computer and organizational skillsReliable, dependable, and able to multitaskInsurance license is not required for this positionCompensation & Benefits$3,000–$5,000 per month base pay, depending on experienceBonus opportunitiesHealth benefitsRetirement benefitsTraining and opportunities for professional growthThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the insurance industry.We are especially interested in candidates with insurance agency or Farmers Insurance experience, but we are also open to strong candidates with customer-service or front-office experience who are eager to learn.
