Job Title: ReceptionistAt Tall Grass Animal Hospital in Aurora, Colorado, our mission since 2016 has been providing comprehensive, personalized small animal care. Our experienced and highly trained teammates are committed to practicing veterinary medicine with a personalized approach.Your Impact as a Receptionist:Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.What You'll Bring to the Team:A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.Strong veterinary receptionist experience is required.Available to work Tuesday through Friday.About Mission Pet Health:Mission Pet Health was founded by veterinarians on the belief that local practices thrive with clinical autonomy, collaboration, and medical excellence.
