Property Records ReviewerOur associates celebrate lives. We celebrate our associates.This entry-level role is to perform detailed reviews of property records; reading, analyzing and interpreting contracts, legal documents and other records to establish ownership/rights of property. Compares various data to ensure all critical information is recorded. Applies proven problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies between multiple record sources.Job ResponsibilitiesReviews multiple data fields including name, address, date and other critical information for completeness and accuracyResponsible for data entry of reconciled and reviewed critical information listed above and other vital statisticsReconciles discrepancies between multiple record sourcesUtilizes superior attention to detail to identify variances in location records including ownership, dates and transfersMay physically retrieve records from various locations (vaults, shelves, file cabinets, attics, basements, etc.) to perform daily tasksAssists with quality assurance and some analysis of Excel spreadsheetsAssists with property verification walks with location maintenance representativePerforms quality reviews of completed reconciliation workMaintains reconciling accuracy of 75% or greater for locationCompletes annual company training requirementsManages workload and provides summary reports to management when necessaryAdapts to changing work requirements and environment as neededThis is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the essential functions or duties related to this jobMinimum RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentCertification/LicenseValid state driver's license in good standingExperienceSix (6) months applicable reconciling work experience in area requiring strong attention to detailLean experience a plusKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong problem solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookHighly detail-oriented with a careful eye for quality control and presentation of workSelf-motivated and driven to produce results within tight deadlines and with maximum quality within allowed time constraintsStrong verbal communication skills; ability to articulate project status as neededWork EnvironmentWork indoors during all seasons and weather conditionsComply with Corporate dress code policyWork PosturesSitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per dayClimbing stairs to access buildings frequentlyPhysical DemandsPhysical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usageAbility to ascend/descend step-ladders to retrieve files from ground floor and top shelves of vaults, often in tight spacesAbility to move bankers boxes of files up to 50lbsKeen vision required to read historical documents/images (paper & electronic) and obtain key pieces of information, transcribing them accurately into electronic spreadsheetWork HoursWorking beyond "standard" hours and overtime as the need arisesTravel not requiredPostal Code: 33759 Category (Portal Searching): Administration and Clerical Job Location: US-FL - Clearwater
