100% Remote | 90-Day Contract
Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone or those willing to work EST hours
Schedule: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm EST
Pay range: $35-38/hour
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple openings simultaneously, and can deliver a positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
The Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while maintaining a strong focus on process efficiency, communication, and results.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and recruiting channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.
Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Provide regular updates on candidate activity, sourcing efforts, and hiring progress.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Utilize recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI-driven resources to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
1-2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
Experience supporting high-volume, non-technical hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Strong experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Experience recruiting for hourly, frontline, customer-facing, operations, fulfillment, workforce, retail, or distributed employee populations.
Corporate or in-house recruiting experience.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
Background developing sourcing strategies and improving recruiting processes.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing, automation tools, and AI-powered recruiting platforms.
