Job description
The Better Business Bureau seeks a dynamic CEO for Northern California, reporting to the Board Chair. You will lead a hybrid team of ~60, managing a $9M annual budget with $6M in reserves, and drive growth in Accredited Businesses, alliances, and public engagement.
You will shape strategy, coach staff, and build partnerships, while ensuring BBB remains a proactive, trusted partner in the communities it serves through strong leadership and a marketing mindset.
