Job description
Alpha School is seeking a Director Of Membership And Engagement to design and manage the region's gathering calendar, open venues, recruit parent ambassadors, and build high-trust ties with city officials and business leaders. You will drive regional enrollment growth through family referrals and alumni networks.
You will host events in evenings/weekends, manage budgets, and log all activities in the CRM, turning relationships into measurable enrollment opportunities and community impact.
