H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensure office readiness, and coach performance across locations to drive client outcomes and business results. As a hands-on leader, you’ll blend strategic oversight with in-office presence, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and travel frequently to maintain strong in-person presence
