Novaris Search are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organization in the veterinary service space, in the search for a Regional Medical Director to oversee all aspects of medical compliance for a portfolio of 2-4 hospitals.

This position offers ownership opportunity.
/n
/n
This position will hold responsibility for managing DVMs and clinical care in each location.
/n
/n
- Mentor and train DVMs to ensure high clinical practice
/n
- Implement standardized processes across the portfolio
/n
- Support on adding new locations to portfolio
/n
- Implement doctor onboarding program
/n
/n
/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/MVD)
/n
- Experience in medical leadership preferred
/n
- Able to practice up to 50%, as portfolio grows this requirement will reduce
/n
- Able to influence culture change
/n
/n
/n
