Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll set expectations for service, operations, and team performance, coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategy with in-office presence, manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and drive revenue and business outcomes
