Job description
Carvana is seeking a Regional Senior Manager of Post Production/IQR to lead teams across multiple sites, partnering with IC leadership, reconditioning, and support groups to drive the strategy behind Post Production and Quality programs. You will shape process standards, implement scalable systems, and monitor performance to elevate overall quality and throughput.
You will champion large-scale change initiatives, develop metrics and staffing models, and ensure strong vendor collaboration.
