You will develop and execute regional business plans, coach teams, and align with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to optimize sales and patient access.
The role requires extensive leadership in the rare disease space, willingness to travel, and a track record of building high-performing sales teams in specialty biopharma.
