Job description
Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Regional New Truck Sales Manager to lead and coordinate the New Truck departments within the region. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, staff leadership and driving sales growth across multiple locations.
You will hire and mentor New Truck Sales Managers, set aggressive monthly goals, monitor performance, and ensure effective prospecting and customer follow-up to maximize new truck sales.
