Every day, you'll help children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working alongside experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a supportive, clinic-based environment.

What You'll Do
As an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy and help children build lifelong skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect, document, and report client progress accurately
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Build positive relationships with children and their families
Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes
Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What we expect from you:
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
Experience working with children preferred
ABA experience preferred
Schedule Options
Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week
Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
