Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
Job Requirements
Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
