Job description
Elior is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support nutrition and dining programs across our hospitality and foodservice accounts. You will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized meal plans, and ensure menus meet regulatory, medical, and cultural requirements. Partner closely with culinary teams to design appealing, health-focused menus and provide nutrition education to guests, clients, and staff. You’ll monitor outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, support quality and safety standards, and contribute to training and program development within a collaborative, people-first culture.
