Job description
This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – MedSurg specializing in patient-centered, evidence-based clinical care in a high-quality, safe environment.
As a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, ensuring individualized treatment that considers cultural diversity. They partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, maintaining relationships based on trust.
Key responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting accurately, promoting teamwork and collaboration, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and participating in research and evidence-based practice. The RN also serves as a mentor and actively contributes to a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
Qualifications involve a nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and relevant clinical experience.
