Job description
Highlands-Cashiers Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a rural critical access hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse inpatient and emergency patients, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and provide education to patients and families. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring and documentation, responding to emergencies, and supporting safe transitions of care. RNs will precept when needed, uphold quality and safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered culture in a close-knit mountain community hospital.
